Monika also speaks the language of the business world. As she puts it, she was ‘brainwashed’ as an accountant after studying business economics. This means she will not be sold chalk for cheese.
For years she advised the international business community and today, in addition to her writing, she works again as an accountant: a wonderful profession with a love for people, organizations and society. Accountants work with things of value.
Everything of value is vulnerable. Our energy in the form of money and the material and immaterial world as well. It is important that this is handled with care for our future. Accountants play an important role in this when it comes to the reliability of information about value.
With female leadership, evolutionary knowledge and accounting skills, Monika developed the reflection and decision-making model for a happy humanity. These are the 10 conditions for human well-being summarized in a holistic scheme: The Humanity Index.

Why are women discriminated against? Harassed? Kept indoors? Mutilated? Wrapped in dark cloths? Why do they have less freedom? Less rights? Less influence? Less reward? Why is there oppression of women in the first place?
This concerns half the world’s population. The oppression of women is by far the greatest disgrace to humanity.
Is this nature or culture? I need to know. The injustice is too great. My accountant/interim manager brain rises to the challenge.
I went looking, and found the answer. And the truth about our species. For all women (and for all other genders) I wrote it down in a compelling book about our evolution.
